When you click a registered state you will be taken directly to that state Town Hall where you will be able to choose your community. 

If your state is not highlighted you can click on it anyway and be taken to the option to register your state in the United Communities Of America Platform.

Anyone can register their state as long as you are prepared to participate as the State Executive Ambassador. Their will be a section on the registration form where you will b e required to Agree to be the Ambassador before it will allow to finish the registration.
